Tower Light Monitoring
Aircraft obstruction lights are required on most towers in the United States and internationally. In the United States, aviation authorities require interruptions in lighting to be reported and repaired as soon as possible.
SCADATA SUITE software monitors the status of aircraft obstruction lights and notifies the plant operator when a bulb has either burnt out or has lost communication instantaneously.
The software communicates to each site once every few seconds. Alarm conditions can be pinpointed to determine the quickest response to each light failure.
