Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will play an essential role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of outbound calls per day, working with a multitude of partners (water and wastewater operators, city managers, utility directors, engineers, etc.), generating interest, and qualifying prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Multi-Line Phone System
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within multiple territories
  • Team with sales partners to build pipeline and close deals
